Smiggle set to score a double century in Maidstone




Smiggle is delivering on its promise to be the most fun and creative youth stationery retailer in the world, as it prepares to open its 200th store globally at Maidstone Kent this Friday.

The increasingly popular brand, which specialises in fun, inimitable items for classrooms and bedrooms everywhere, will cut the red ribbon outside its bright new store at Fremlin Walk Shopping Centre, Maidstone, on Saturday November 7.

Smiggle encourages their customers to smile and giggle and will hold an exclusive competition for one lucky “Smiggler” to cut the ribbon for the grand opening of the store and shop up a storm with a £50 Smiggle gift card. In addition, the first 200 Smiggler’s to spend £20 or more in store will receive a free goodie bag of Smiggle must-haves!

With 42 stores trading in the UK before Christmas, Managing Director of Smiggle, John Cheston, believes that his decision to launch the brand into the UK has been vindicated, as the clamour for Smiggle’s gadgets and gizmos grows exponentially.

Smiggle already has a store in Wales, and will soon expand into Scotland to supplement the many outlets in key cities and towns in England, with up to 250 outlets expected in the UK within five years.
