It’s a well-known fact that walking is good for your health, with benefits ranging from reducing your risk of heart disease to inducing deep and restful slumber. But could walking also be good for new mums, in both body and soul? According to most mums a bit more exercise makes them better able to cope with the stress and strain of having a new baby. It showed that 3 out of 4 mums agree that walking with your baby is the best way to get back into exercise and fitness post baby.
